Q: How many guests can your facility accommodate?
A:
Currently, the Lakeview Garden and Reception facility can accommodate up to 375 guests for a wedding. For other events, we can configure our property for more than 375 guests.

Q: Should I call and make an appointment for a tour?
A:
Yes, please call our Group Sales office at (559) 787-2551 to schedule an appointment.

Q: Is there parking on your property?
A:
Yes, we have a large paved parking lot with sidewalks leading directly to the wedding site.

Q: Are your facilities handicapped accessible?
A:
Our property is 75 acres. We do have handicapped parking and accessible restrooms and sidewalks to the wedding site. Our entire property is handicapped accessible.

Q: Can I reserve the Wedding Garden for a ceremony only?
A:
No. In the Wedding Garden, we accept reservations for ceremony and reception packages or reception only. However, there are other locations on our property where we will accommodate a ceremony only.

Q: Can we hold our rehearsal dinner at Wonder Valley?
A:
Yes, we can arrange a dinner for you following your rehearsal.

Q: Do we need to sign a contract for the wedding package?
A:
Yes, you will be required to sign a contract and a deposit is required. The contract can be emailed, faxed, or sent by USPS or you can visit us to sign it.

Q: What is your policy on deposit refunds if I need to cancel or change my date?
A:
Fifity percent (50%) of the required deposit is non-refundable. Six months prior to the wedding date, the entire deposit is non-refundable.

Q: Can I bring in a caterer of my choice?
A:
All of the food is prepared and served by our chef and staff. Outside caterers are not allowed.

Q: Can alcohol be served?
A:
We have a full license for wine, beer, and liquor. Please download our PDF Wedding Packages booklet and refer to our Alcohol Policy for complete information on serving alcohol.

Q: If it rains on my date, will the wedding be held indoors?
A:
Yes.

Q: How do we make arrangements for lodging at Wonder Valley Ranch Resort?
A:
Please call our Group Sales office and they will be pleased to discuss our reservation policies for weddings with you including rates and availability.

Q: Will we be able to use your recreation facilities?
A:
Overnight guests are allowed complimentary use of our recreation facilities with the exception of the Trampoline Center and the Equestrian Center. However, we would be pleased to arrange horseback riding or a hayride for you with an additional fee.
